A therapist-client relationship is only established through a formal intake process conducted through our HIPAA-compliant practice management platform, SimplePractice, and with a signed client services agreement.

Jessica Brooks, LMHC is licensed to provide mental health therapy services exclusively in the State of Florida. Therapy services, including telehealth sessions, are only available to individuals who are physically located within the State of Florida at the time services are rendered.

Accessing this website from outside Florida does not create any right to receive therapy services. No therapist-client relationship is formed with any individual located outside of Florida, and no information on this website should be construed as an offer to provide therapy services outside of Florida.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

This website and our services are intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
